How Rally works
Everything you need to know, step by step. It takes about one minute to set up.

One person starts the group
Open Rally, pick a plan, type a group name, your name and a 4-digit PIN, then pay once. One payment covers everyone in the group.

Send the link to your friends
You get a group link. Send it in your WhatsApp group. Each friend opens it, types their name, picks a PIN and taps Join. No app, no account, no email.

Everyone shares their location
The page asks for location once. Allow it. Your friends appear in a list with how far away they are.

Lost someone? Follow the arrow
Tap their name. A big arrow points to them and shows the distance in meters. Walk where it points. On iPhone tap “Turn on compass” once so the arrow turns with you.

Close but can't see them? Flash your screen
GPS is accurate to about 5–10 meters, so in a crowd you might be very close and still not see each other. Tap “Flash my screen”, hold your phone up, and your screen flashes your color so your friend spots you.

Save a meeting spot
When you arrive, stand at an easy place like the entrance and tap “Save my spot as meeting spot”. Everyone gets an arrow back to it, even without internet.

Getting homePlus
When you get home, tap “I'm home”. Everyone sees who's home and who isn't yet. If you need help, tap SOS: your friends get an alert and an arrow to you. For real emergencies call Tourist police 126 or Ambulance 123.

Night cardPlus
The morning after, open your group and tap “Open night card”. Save the picture and share it on your story.

Video reelPlus + Reel
Everyone puts their videos in Google Drive or Google Photos, shares a link, and pastes it in the group page. We edit all the videos into one reel and email it to the person who made the group. You have until Saturday 14 Nov at 12 noon to send videos, and the reel arrives 48–72 hours after that.

Changed phone or browser?
Open the group link and tap “Already joined? Log in”. Type your name and PIN. Or use your private link from the bottom of the group page.
Your privacy
Only people in your group see your location. Sharing works only while the page is open, and stops completely when the group ends. Your PIN is stored scrambled.
Tips for the night
- Charge your phone before you go.
- Save the meeting spot as soon as you arrive.
- Keep the Rally page open when you're looking for someone.
- If the network is slow, wait a few seconds: positions update every 5 seconds.
Questions
Do my friends need to pay?
No. One person pays and everyone else joins free.
Do we need to download anything?
No. It's a website. It works in any phone browser, including inside WhatsApp.
How long does the group work?
Until Saturday 7 Nov at 12 noon, no matter how early you pay.
What if we're more than the plan allows?
The person who made the group can switch to a bigger plan from the group page and pays only the difference.
Does it work without internet?
Positions need internet to update. Your meeting spot and the last known places stay on screen if the network drops.
